This Exhibitor’s Subsidiary Participation Contract shall be used where the principal exhibiting company has full-time salaried employees in divisions or branch offices located outside the country indicated on the principal exhibitor’s participation contract.

Divisions or branch offices shall be defined as those offices wholly owned by the principal exhibiting company, bearing the same corporate name as the principal exhibiting company, located in countries other than that of the principal exhibiting company, e.g. Principal Exhibitor: ACME DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD., based in the United Kingdom; SUBSIDIARY EXHIBITORS: ACME DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, INC. (USA), ACME DISTRIBUTION COMPANY PTY (Australia).

Employees of all companies other than the Subsidiary Company, however related to the principal exhibiting company, whether wholly or partially owned, and all joint-venture companies, agents, consultants, representatives, producers or product suppliers, sponsors, etc., wherever based, must register separately as either exhibitors or non-exhibitors and pay the appropriate registration fee.
