A spectacular face-off, a challenge devoted to name the best skater of the year through a live show, created to give viewers the perfect combination of competition and entertainment. These are the main ingredients of the International Roller Cup, the ultimate roller skating world contest that will take place in Florence, Italy, on December 5th while the finale even will be in Modena on December 19th.

With a brand new formula the best skaters of every discipline (solo dance skating male and female, couple dance and couple figure skating), performing to the notes of a sountrack performed live by a 20 piece musician’s band, will face each other in a series of live performances: every exhibition will bring the athletes a score that will determine the final standing.

2009 IRC edition will be filmed on HD video standard and Dolby Digital Surround audio, the best support in order to sweep viewers deep into the core of the show for a 360-degree experience.
