Event dates and opening hours

The dates

Monday 11th March to Wednesday 13th March, 2013

 

Opening hours

Market opening hours:

Monday 11th 9:00-18:00
Tuesday 12th 9:00-18:00
Wednesday 13th 9:00-18:00

 

The registration desk will be open:
Sunday 10th March to Wednesday 13th March, from 9.00 until 18.00

Stand set-up:
Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th: 8:00 - 20:00
Monday 11th: 8:00 to 9:00
Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th : 8:30 to 9:00

Registration rates

Exhibitors:

The minimum stand space rental is 6m2.

Stand rental includes:
- Stand construction:
frame, panels, carpeted floor, lighting, power outlets, company sign (stand no. & company name);
- Furniture*:
one table, 3 or 4 chairs, one lockable storage unit, wastebasket, coat stand;
- Audiovisual equipment*:
one 20" LCD screen, one multi-zone DVD player.

* depending on the stand rental option chosen.
 

The rates listed above also include:

  • Registration of 3 or 4 full time employees of the same company and same country per stand. Registration for "additional participants" are 450,00 euros per person
  • Badge giving full access to all the Exhibition Floors
  • Access to the program of conferences, round-tables and special press events during the Market
  • Listing in the "Official Guide" (company name, logo, company & participants contact details, short description of the company)
  • Access to the "Networking Tool", the online participants database, open one month prior to the Market
  • Free editorial in the "SPORTEL News"
  • Invitation to the Cocktail held on Monday 11th March, 2013
  • Delegate's Bag containing the Official Guide
  • Free wifi 
  • Negotiated rates in the Sofitel Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro
     

Visitors:

A Visitor pass is (available soon)  and includes:

  • Badge giving full access to the Exhibition Floors
  • Access to the program of conferences, round-tables and special press events during the Market
  • Listing in the "Official Guide" (company name, company & participants contact details)
  • Access to the "Networking Tool", the online participants database, open one month prior to the Market
  • Invitation to the Cocktail held on Monday 11th March, 2013
  • Delegate's Bag containing the Official Guide
  • Free wifi
  • Negotiated rates in the Sofitel Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro

 Registration procedure

  • If you have attended previous SPORTELs and have a SPORTELAccount*:
    Please enter your User ID & Password in the corresponding fields to access the registration page.
     
  • If this is your first time attending a SPORTEL Market:
    You will NOT yet have a SPORTELAccount. One will be created automatically  in the name of your company once you have submitted your online contract.

  • For International Federations:
    If you have forgotten your access codes, please contact Marine Picoulet for Exhibitors Registration or Amy Mullan for Visitors Registration.

The SPORTELAccount allows you to:
- Access your participation contract at anytime
- Modify your participation contract (changes on company or participants information; addition, cancellation and substitution of participants, ...)
- Book your accommodation online

The Administrator of your SPORTELAccount will be the only person in charge of your company's registration for SPORTELRio 2013. The Administrator can be an employee or a participant and is able to access to all SPORTEL Services including Online Registrations, Hotel Reservations, Technical Manual and more. He or she will receive all automated emails from SPORTEL regarding your registration.

Onsite registration

Onsite registration will take place at the Registration Desk in the Entrance, Level E.

Participants registering onsite will be invoiced the same rate as pre-registered participants, however we strongly encourage you to pre-register to enjoy the following SPORTELServices:
- Your inclusion in the Official Guide that is distributed to every participant;
- Access to the Networking Tool one month prior the Market to contact the Exhibitors and Visitors and organize your meetings in advance;
- Benefit from special rates for your stay at the Sofitel Copacabana, the venue and official hotel for SPORTELRio 2013.
 


Cancellation, substitution and refund policy

Stand:

  • On or before February 7, 2013: 70% refund of the total stand amount.
  • After February 7, 2013: No refund.

Participant:

  • February 7, 2013:  this date 85% refund of the participation amount.
  • After February 7, 2013: No refund.

Substitution:

Substitutions are permitted only between company employees based in the same country (see Contract section 5.b)
Every SUBSTITUTION received after February 7, 2013, will be charged 100 Euros.

Badge pickup

You must collect your badge at the SPORTEL Registration desk in the entrance of the Ballroom.

Each pre-registered and confirmed participant will receive a Voucher by email one week before the market. This can be printed and used to collect badge accreditation at the Pre-Registration desk with a business card or current form of identification.

To avoid queues, we strongly suggest that you collect your badge on Sunday 10th March, 2013.
